So, after we get a good rain I like to take Fudge out to the property and give her 4 wheel drive some exercise. I had just finished working a 12 hour, overnight shift so I was dead-ass tired, dropped Keanna off at school, and went to my property to do some digging. I misjudged the back part of the lot. There was about a foot of water and my tires are old. I stopped moving and just kept digging...and digging. I called for some help but at 9 am on a Friday I knew my options were limited. But I pressed on, and kept rocking her back and forth. Eventually she found that lip and got over it.

I was free.

This experience reminded me just how old Fudge's tires are and need replacing this year....which means I'll need to add another 2 inches to the lift and new rims as well. So, I already have the lift and tires picked out and I'll be shopping for new rims soon. Since I wanna black her out, I'm also thinking about this new Trail Boss decal and this Z71 Emblem.

I Finally built my new gate!

I had been needing a new gate outside since I bought the house. The old wood was rotted and so brittle, every time I opened the gate slivers of wood would rattle off. So I finally pulled the trigger and went to Home Depot, bought the lumber and hardware, watched some YouTube videos, and built a gate. It turned out nice!

I forgot to add some pics or videos of my old gate for comparison, but trust me...it needed to be replaced.

Keanna is on the Albion Hurricanes 14G Blue SW team and played her first game today

We lost 6–0, but were working on only one practice. Still had fun and met some really cool people. This is a great thing for Keanna… she appeared to have an absolute blast with the team afterwards.

Zakk Sabbath was a great show!

Me, Bernie, Malia, Keanna and Erich saw Zakk Sabbath at Aztec Theater, San Antonio TX on January 17th, 2024. This was probably our last chance to experience Black Sabbath's music live, and it was performed by Zakk Wylde! We saw Zakk with Pantera back in August and it was an awesome show! This was a fantastic concert and the girls had a blast! Check out Malia's video she filmed of “War Pigs” for the finale above.

…is a simple online placeholder where I will be uploading stuff. Expect to see things such as what I’m doing, what I’ve done, things I’m into — just a little glimpse into my life.

This will include my resume, some of my past and current projects in fine art, DIY stuff, links to other ventures like my wife’s Hula dance group, crypto, and a few other odds and ends.

I’m sure it will go virtually unnoticed, but I’m really doing it just to have a small presence on the web. Besides, I paid for the domain so I might as well make use of it.
